  • The CoA is issued based on the information provided in the Test Request Form and cannot be amended once issued. Please ensure that the form is completed carefully and accurately.
  • Services commence upon confirmation of payment, following testing consultation and issuance of a quotation.
  • A copy of the bank account details and the business registration certificate will be provided by email upon execution of the contract.
