Impartiality and Confidentiality Declaration

As a testing and inspection institution designated by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, all executives and employees of Biostream Analytics Center, including its representative, declare that they will ensure objectivity so that all duties are performed impartially and without conflict of interest, and that they will maintain the confidentiality of customer information and all information obtained during testing and inspection activities.

   We conduct all testing and inspection activities impartially, and top management is committed to ensuring impartiality.

   We will comply with the established quality management system and faithfully implement the quality policy without any internal or external solicitation or undue pressure.

   We will continuously remain aware of impartiality, make every effort to minimize risks, and prevent their recurrence.

   We will exclude any commercial, financial, or other undue pressures that may compromise impartiality, and ensure that any individual with a conflict of interest is excluded from testing and inspection activities.

   We will take responsibility for the management of all information obtained or generated during testing and inspection activities, and will not use such information for any other purpose while maintaining strict confidentiality and security.

Having fully understood the above, I solemnly pledge that, in the event of any violation, I will accept any civil or criminal liability that may arise.
